Crazy!!!

People think you are crazy if you talk of things they don't understand
They try to break you down instead of lending you a hand
The world is ruled by dimwits, big numbers in a bank
Your sons are blown into pieces while they're driving a tank...

Honor, pride, humanity... have lost their meaning these days
Money, power and bigotry... drive people off their ways...
Your neighbor is afraid of you, behind his door he hides
Young mothers hooked on crack, no men stand by their sides...

People lose possessions, family, relationships over green paper
All they care is reading about digits in a newspaper!
Nothing to hope or live for, since things are more important...
This monster keeps on feeding... it is no longer dormant!

A couple of weeks ago, the weather in Norway was super hot and summery, which is something that has not happened in the last four years. Everyone (except me) was happy for all the sun and heat out there... Making Viking Belt bags - the old way...

This summer, I will be participating in Viking markets around Norway, so I had to prepare many items, as authentic as possible, to be able to display and sell them at the markets. I started making leather crafts without having any prior experience in leather work, I just gave it a try a few years ago, and it worked! Now, I just learn as I go, and I believe I am doing quite well, and people who see and buy my work keep telling me so... which is the encouragement I need to keep improving and doing new things, expanding my horizons, in a way. All my life, sharing details of my life has been an issue for me. I was always the listener, the problem solver for everyone else but myself. People always saw me as the smart girl with the good sense of humor, that always finds a way to laugh even in the darkest times. Others saw me as mysterious and dark... and did not like it.
